The wife of ‘Angry Dad’ Mark Orval has made an emotional plea over social media to stop online attacks against her and her family.
Influencer Sharon Orval, 56, took to Instagram earlier this month to announce ‘with heavy heart’ that she had ‘had enough of the bullying’ and was quitting the social media site.
The Orval family, including Sharon’s son Mitchell and his partner Chloe Szep, have recently courted controversy with their anti-vax views.

Talking about the toll the ‘bullying’ was taking, Sharon said ‘It hurts us morally, it hurts us personally, it hurts our businesses.’
Orval’s last post, in which she bade her followers farewell, was made last Wednesday.
Meanwhile the Orval family’s woes were analysed by influencer podcast Outspoken the Podcast earlier this week.

Hosts Amy, Sophie and Kate Taeuber spoke about ‘negativity around [the Orval’s] Covid views’ in their latest episode.
‘We work in PR and if a client was to approach us saying that they wanted to align with them, I’d be saying “steer clear of them for a very long time.”‘
Sharon is married to popular YouTube personality Mark Orval aka AngryDad, and their son is influencer Mitchell Orval, who is in a relationship with outspoken anti-vaxxer Chloe Szep.
Mitchell reportedly recently caused a scene at the buffet area of a Gold Coast resort.

The uproar occurred after staff asked him to wear a face mask and shoes.
According to the Taeuber sisters, the 25-year-old was on holiday with Chloe and the couple’s son, Artie.
‘During breakfast service at the hotel, Mitch allegedly caused a stir when he entered the buffet with no mask and no shoes,’ said Sophie.

The podcast host pointed out that under current Covid restrictions, diners must wear a face mask when they take food from a buffet area.
‘According to our source who’s staying at the hotel, Mitch was asked by staff members to put a mask on,’ Sophie continued.
‘He allegedly replied saying he can’t wear one because of a medical exemption. Staff then also requested that he put some shoes on, so he was provided with some hotel slippers.’

After the pair had a brief laugh over the ridiculousness of the situation, Amy chimed in to highlight how the Covid rules in Queensland differ slightly.
She explained that residents in the Sunshine State don’t have to wear a mask if they have a medical condition and don’t have to provide a medical certificate to prove their exemption.
The sisters then took a look back at Mitchell and Chloe’s history of ignoring Covid rules and emphasising their ‘pro-choice’ stance on social media.

They referred to one infamous incident where the couple did not wear a mask at the height of the pandemic during a shopping trip.
Mitch and Chloe had uploaded a YouTube video documenting their visit to a shopping centre without wearing mandatory face masks several months ago.
Fans blasted the couple for their behaviour, labelling it ‘reckless’ and ‘entitled’.
Chloe later apologised for her actions in a post, but stressed the importance of ‘personal choice’.
