‘It’s one of the highest sub-penthouses in Main Beach in an iconic building that everyone knows,’ Mr Graham told realestate.com.au.

‘It’s north-facing with 294sqm of luxury living and there’s only one other apartment on that floor,’ he added.

The Main Beach residence offers spectacular 240-degree views of the Gold Coast Hinterland, Broadwater, the city skyline and beachfront.

She was a strong supporter of women’s rights, particularly advocating for women to work outside the family home.

The listing of her Main Beach sub-penthouse comes after her family estate in Sydney recently hit the property market with a $20million-plus price tag.

Mrs Rossi died earlier this year at the age of 95.

Her Main Beach penthouse goes to auction on October 21.
