A customer has found a spider crawling over a six pack of extra chocolate iced donuts in the bakery section of Coles.
Ben Thomas posted a video of the huntsman crawling around inside the pack in a store in Melbourne on Saturday morning.
‘Just an average day at the grocery store in Australia,’ he captioned the video shared to social media.

Not everyone was turned off the tasty extra choc donuts by the spider crawling over them.
‘Take it home and make it your pet. Free gift with the donuts,’ someone recommended.
‘It’s a spider, big deal! It’s on the outside of the packaging!’ another person remarked.
Others had a simpler reaction: ‘And that’s how you stop me buying donuts’.
Coles told Daily Mail Australia the ‘pest management’ incident was being investigated.
‘Coles has an integrated pest management system, which primarily focuses on keeping pests out of our stores, then controlling pests should they find their way into our stores,’ a spokesperson said.
‘We were concerned to see this and have reached out to the customer to identify the store so we can ensure pest management measures are in place.’
