Angie Kent has been charged with drink driving, issuing an apology, according to a report by The Daily Telegraph on Wednesday.
The 31-year-old former Bachelorette star was pulled over while driving to a picnic in Sydney earlier this month.
‘I was pulled over on my way to a picnic in early October,’ she told The Daily Telegraph.

‘I had two drinks on an empty stomach while getting ready. I was shocked but totally in the wrong and I take full responsibility. I am deeply regretful and sorry.’
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Angie’s representative for comment.
The former reality star was pulled over for a random breath test at around 4.45pm on Sunday, October 3 on the ramp to the Anzac Bridge in Pyrmont.
Angie resides in Queensland but is currently based in Sydney while filming for the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars.
She was driving a Kia Cerato at the time of her arrest, and was taken to Day Street Police Station where she returned a breath test reading of 0.081.
‘The driver of the Kia – a 31-year-old woman with a QLD driver’s licence – was breath tested at the scene and provided a positive reading,’ read a police report.
